Sitting opposite the Tower of London and alongside Tower Bridge is City Hall, the headquarters of the Greater London Authority (GLA) which comprises the Mayor of London and the London Assembly. Working closely with Foster + Partners Architects, zioxi designed and manufactured a family of products specifically for this unique environment. Our products can be seen throughout the building and include the circle of chamber desks, auditorium seating, and the perimeter desking which had to be designed to marry with the changing radius of the building on each floor.
Over the last couple of years, zioxi has continued to work with the GLA directly, designing and manufacturing various additional features including stainless steel housings for their security X-Ray machines, signage and stands for interactive displays.
A bright modern breakout space that needed to be multi functional and flexible, allowing for a range of ways of working, including collaborative groups and 1:1 learning.
