E-mail werd uitgevonden in de jaren &#8217;70, geloof het of niet, maar het werd pas in de jaren &#8217;90 echt gebruikt. Hierboven staat een foto van de Xerox Alto 1973, de eerste personal computer. Ja, het is allemaal computer&#8230; De kleine koelkast onder het scherm bevat 2,5 MB opslagruimte &#8211; ongeveer genoeg om 1 foto van uw smartphone op te slaan! Overigens, als je de nieuwste smartphone op zak hebt, heeft die waarschijnlijk 256 GB opslagruimte &#8211; honderdduizend keer meer opslagruimte!<\/p>\n<p>Het punt is dat de gigantische computer niet handig was, en mensen zullen de gemakkelijkste optie zoeken wanneer ze werk gedaan willen krijgen.<\/p>\n<h3>Herinnert u zich werk en studeren v\u00f3\u00f3r computers?<\/h3>\n<p>Weet je nog hoe het was om geen smartphone te hebben? Probeer geen van beide te gebruiken voor een hele werkdag&#8230; eigenlijk niet, je zou ontslagen kunnen worden!<\/p>\n<p>Studenten en collega&#8217;s verwachten nu dat ze overal kunnen werken. Door de draagbaarheid en kracht van laptops, tablets en zelfs smartphones is dit mogelijk en het is belangrijk om als werkgever of leerinstelling hiervoor de infrastructuur aan te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>De werkloosheid staat momenteel op een recordlaagte in het VK (3,5%) en de VS (3,3%) en dit betekent dat het gemakkelijker is om een baan te vinden en zich gemakkelijker te verplaatsen. Werkgevers moeten op hun beurt meer doen om werknemers te motiveren en vast te houden.<\/p>\n<p>De trend in het bedrijfsleven is dat werknemers zich prettiger voelen door flexibiliteit toe te staan. Comfortabele vergaderruimten om samenwerking te bevorderen, in hoogte verstelbare bureaus en bedrijven die steeds meer mensen op afstand laten werken of kantoren aanbieden die dichter bij de woonplaats liggen.
