onView2 Chromebook USB-C charging trolley

The onView2 Chromebook USB-C charging trolleys provide smart & green charging and secure storage for 16, 20 or 32 smaller laptops and Chromebooks such as the HP, Dell and Acer Chromebooks, Microsoft Surface Pro and the MacBook Air. Chromebook and laptop devices are stored horizontally in the cart on shelves, making access easy with only a short length of power lead presented to each shelf. The trolley features external LED indicators, allowing clear site of device presence and charge status.

onView2 technology provides green, smart & timed charge options to reduce energy consumption and protect battery life; automatic schedule control; configurable rule based alerts to flag for example when trolleys aren’t connected to mains power, have too few iPads plugged in or the internal temperature is too high; and powerful status & usage information including how many devices are plugged in and how many are charging, trolley locations on a map view and how much a trolley is used.

Shelf dimensions:

The device shelf size (mm) is 400d x 255w x 40h. This is sufficient for devices with up to 14” screen sizes, including 14” Chromebooks, 14″ laptops, Microsoft Surface Pro and the MacBook Air. The trolley is also suitable for netbooks and tablets. These dimensions need to accommodate the power lead connector plugged into the device. Please check this carefully, especially if the power connector is on the back edge of the device. If in doubt, then please give us a call.

Finish	White melamine-faced MDF carcase and doors, extruded shelves, metal electrical compartment cover in zioxi grey.
Power	Integrated USB C power system using the latest cool & efficient GaN technology, and housed in the front accessible electrical side bay. Requires 1 power socket. Supplied with a 1.8m mains lead. USB Type C ports support the Power Delivery (PD3.0) specification with voltage / maximum current combinations of 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A and 20V/3A, so suitable for charging all types of Type C enabled devices including laptops, Chromebooks, tablets and phones at up to 60W per port. For options with pre-fitted USB cables add # to the end of the product code.
Connectivity	Connectivity from each onView2 device to the zioxi cloud service is via 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi utilising existing establishment Wireless Access Points. Most WiFi security protocols are supported, with the exception of captive security requiring the dynamic entry of user ID and password or WPA2 Enterprise networks using a certificate. This WAP based approach provides flexibility in terms of trolley locations and requires no additional network infrastructure. Firewall & filtering access out to the web may need local configuration.
Warranty	5 years (electronics including code locks – 2 years). Warranty requires WiFi connection to the zioxi cloud service. This enables automatic software updates and remote support.
