The onView2 Laptop charging trolleys provide smart low cost, low carbon charging and storage for 16 or 32 large laptops such as those from HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple and Acer. Laptops are stored horizontally on shelves making access easy with only a short length of power lead presented to each shelf (AC chargers required).
zioxi onView technology includes an Energy Optimiser to reduce energy consumption, utilize low cost and low carbon electricity and protect battery lives; with automatic schedule control; user configurable rule based alerts for example to flag when trolleys aren’t plugged in at the end of a day or have finished charging; and powerful status & usage information like the carbon footprint history, electricity spend, trolley locations on a map view and how much a trolley is used.

| The laptop shelf size (mm) is 450d x 300w x 40h (sufficient for most laptops & netbooks with up to 16″ screens). These dimensions also need to accommodate the power lead connector plugged into the laptop. Please check this carefully, if in doubt then please give us a call. |

| Connectivity | Connectivity from each onView2 device to the zioxi cloud service is via 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi utilising existing establishment Wireless Access Points. Most WiFi security protocols are supported, with the exception of captive security requiring the dynamic entry of user ID and password or WPA2 Enterprise networks using a certificate. This WAP based approach provides flexibility in terms of trolley locations and requires no additional network infrastructure. Firewall & filtering access out to the web may need local configuration. |
| Warranty | 5 years (electronics including code locks – 2 years). Warranty requires WiFi connection to the zioxi cloud service. This enables automatic software updates and remote support. |
